Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains how BrainyZat handles information collected through brainyzat.com, its enquiry forms and business correspondence. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Information you provide

When you contact us, the information you choose to submit may include your name, email address, phone number, job title, company, website or social media link, services of interest, budget and project brief. Newsletter requests include the email address you provide. We also receive the information contained in your subsequent correspondence with us.

Please provide information relevant to your enquiry. Our website forms do not ask for passwords, payment card details, government identification or sensitive health information.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, discuss project requirements and prepare requested proposals.
  • To communicate about work or services you request.
  • To manage requests to receive business updates.
  • To maintain the website, investigate technical problems and detect spam or unauthorized activity.
  • To meet applicable legal requirements and manage records relating to our business communications.

Form submissions and email

Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress website and sent as email notifications to our designated BrainyZat business inboxes for follow-up. Business email is handled through Zoho Mail. Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to a newsletter.

Technical data, cookies and spam protection

Website hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, request times and security events. This information supports website operation, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help identify automated submissions. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets a necessary cookie for risk analysis. Google’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect some website or form features.

Service providers and disclosure

Providers supporting website hosting, security and business email may process information in connection with those services. Our current setup includes Namecheap hosting, Wordfence website security, Zoho Mail and Google reCAPTCHA. Providers apply their own privacy terms to processing for which they are responsible; see Zoho’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to a valid legal request or protect our website and business communications. Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and security

How long information is needed depends on the enquiry, ongoing business relationship, recordkeeping requirements and relevant legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry or to request its deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

We use website and email security measures to help protect information. No online system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit a form, contact us to correct information you provided, ask about access or deletion, or withdraw a request to receive updates. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Any additional rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

External websites and policy updates

Links to other websites and social platforms are governed by those services’ own privacy policies. We may revise this policy as our website or practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
